 Upper Console

My upper console is from Don Colie of Advanced Designs in Automotive Technology.  I added the lighted switches and buttons after I got the console.  Installation was pretty straightforward and the console sit pretty well.  I got the switches from Mouser Electronics and are made by NKK and Mountain Switch.

The console controls aux. speaker (for vcr audio out), dimmer mode, display mode, engine start, wipers, LCD on/off, LCD image flip, and miles-trip-range settings.  Most of the center push buttons make tone sounds when depressed.

I recently replaced the center push buttons with bigger illuminated ones from NKK.
The install of the new switches went pretty well.  It was just a bit tedious to remove the old switches, enlarge the hole, install new switch, and then rewire it.  I also added labels to the functional push buttons and rocker switches.
