Probably the most famous part of KITT, except for maybe the scanner light, is the digital electronic dashboard.  I currently have a 1st/2nd season style, two screen dash  in my car.  I didn't always have this dash in my car, though.  The dashboard part of my project has evolved over the years.

Over the course of this project my dash has gone through a few changes.  Obviously, it started out stock.  Eventually I replaced the stock gauges with digital ones, then I got the whole dash set up with the 2 tv style. 

Then in 2008 I did a dash update and got the newly redesigned 2 tv dash from Don Colie of Advanced Designs in Automotive Technology.
